It is projected by 2048 we will have FISHLESS OCEANS. And that sushi on your plate- likely has more plastic and mercury in it than protein. When it comes to the health of our bodies and the planet, ignorance is most definitely not bliss. Lets crack some myths about the pescatarian diet.
If there is one truth I want you all to leave with, its that THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SUSTAINABLE FISHING. Do your body and our oceans a favor a ditch fish for good. Convenience is never more important than health or a life.
