It is more important than we realize to wake up early. From 4-6 am, there is a special space happening on planet earth and that is BRAHMA MUHURTA...

Cosmically at this time of the morning, it is the MOST powerful and auspicious time to create the context of your day, to create your reality. So few beings are awake, and therefore less thoughts floating in space. This emptiness allows whatever we want to manifest become reality INSTANTLY.

For millions of years, yogis held this knowledge, rising early to design their days. In my spiritual community here, we live in alignment with the yogic lifestyle. Waking up at 4 am, but waking up at 4 am FOR YOGA is the even more powerful thing!

For society, this seems crazy and "unhealthy", but this is completely false. Humans beings function naturally on 3-5 hours of sleep. Also, it allows SO much productivity and activeness in our days!

Spiritual beings should be the most involved people: "active, alive, living!" as Swamiji always says! :) If you are feeling tired or bored or lazy, BREAK the pattern and become ALIVE by beginning your day at 4 am!!!
